UNSIGNED - unsigned pieces of jewelry
A piece of jewelry that does not have a signature can still come from the production of a well-known designer and manufacturer. Until 1950, most jewelry was unsigned. From 1950 onwards, costume jewelry was often sold in sets, i.e. necklace, earrings, bracelet and brooch in one jewelry box. In this case, only one of the set jewelry pieces was signed. And in the 80s and 90s, jewelry was not signed because they only printed the jewelry card with the manufacturer's logo in order to offer the jewelry cheaper in department stores. But why not save and preserve a “vintage beauty” if you like the quality and design?
