OSCAR DE LA RENTA - seit 1965

"Der Meister der Eleganz"

Oscar de la Renta (1932–2014) was a Dominican-American fashion designer, famous for his luxurious, feminine, and elegant creations. He began his career at Balenciaga and later worked for Lanvin and Elizabeth Arden before founding his own fashion house in 1965. Since the 1970s, costume jewelry has complemented his collections and has become an important part of the brand. Vintage pieces from the 1980s and 1990s are particularly sought after, as they represent opulent luxury. Gold-plated floral ear clips, large necklaces, and artistic brooches fetch high prices on the collector's market. Limited editions or "Runway Pieces" from the 2000s are also very valuable.
