As soon as a shipment has left our warehouse, the customer receives a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Delivery within Germany generally takes 1–3 business days.

Worldwide delivery generally takes 4–21 days.

International buyers may have to pay any applicable customs or import fees themselves.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

This will start the withdrawal process.

If your order is identified automatically, you will be able to select the item(s) you wish to withdraw from.

If your order cannot be identified automatically, you can still submit your withdrawal request.

If you wish, you may also include a short description regarding the item(s) you are withdrawing.

You will automatically receive a confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received.

We will review your withdrawal request as quickly as possible and send you another email with the outcome, along with instructions for returning the item(s).

We kindly ask you to place your orders carefully to minimize returns as much as possible.
